Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Not be altered or modified in any way
  • Not be worn or used

If your item meets these conditions, you may be eligible for a return.

 

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@razoru.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method, which for most orders is processed through Shopify Payments. The bank processing time may vary, so please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@razoru.shop.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@razoru.shop with a description of the issue and a photo of the item. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
